Cancellation Policy

At Halal n Easy, we understand that plans can change. As all of our meals and catering orders are freshly prepared, the following cancellation policy applies.

Meal Prep & Online Orders

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if we receive your request before preparation has commenced.
• Once your order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Catering Orders

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled delivery or collection date will receive a full refund of any payments made (excluding any non-refundable deposit if applicable).
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event may incur a preparation fee, depending on the work already completed.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery or collection are non-refundable, as ingredients have been purchased and food preparation has commenced.

Order Changes

We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order. Any requests to change menu items, quantities, delivery details, or collection times must be made as early as possible. While we will make every effort to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun.
