We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you:

• Order the wrong item.

• No longer require your order.

• Are dissatisfied with your personal taste preferences.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order is:

• Incorrect,

• Missing items,

• Damaged during delivery, or

• Not of acceptable quality,

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the product to help assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
